NVIDIA has just tweeted that CEO Jensen Huang will be hosting a "special keynote" at SIGGRAPH 2023, where the company will be discussing the next generation of computing... and hopefully, maybe, a tease of a next-gen GPU.
SIGGRAPH is the Special Interest Group on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques, and is a trade show like Computex or CES, but focused purely on all things graphics: 3D modelling, animation, virtual reality, augmented reality, visual effects, gaming, computer vision, rendering, and oh-so-much more. We should see the latest and greatest from those industries, with Jensen to provide a "powerful" keynote speech at SIGGRAPH 2023.
NVIDIA has previously announced new high-end workstation graphics cards at SIGGRAPH 2023, as it's perfect to show them off to customers at the show, with NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang giving his keynote speech on August 8.

NVIDIA is heavily focused on all things AI, so we should hear AI, AI, AI at SIGGRAPH 2023. NVIDIA will also be teasing "an exclusive look at some of their newest technologies including award-winning research, OpenUSD developments, and the latest AI-powered solutions for content creation".
It would be nice to see some new workstation GPUs announced at SIGGRAPH 2023, with NVIDIA already releasing the A6000 and A4000 workstation graphics cards already, so we could expect the company to reveal its new A5000 workstation GPU next month.
