The release of Dead Island 2 is right around the corner, and if you want the world of HELL-A to look beautiful, you better prepare your PC... or better yet, get yourself a new Ready to Ship Gaming PC from us in the form of our all-new Maverick, bang-for-buck Stinger, console-killing performance in the new Patriot, or our out-of-this-world ultra-spec M.O.A.B. beast PC.
We now have the PC specifications for Dead Island 2, with Minimum, Recommended, High, and Ultra detail levels covered. At a minimum, you're going to need 70GB of storage at the ready, but other than that, if you want to hit 1080p 60FPS you're not going to need an insane-specced gaming PC to run the game. However, if you want to dial up those beautiful visuals of HELL-A... then you'll want some beefy PC hardware.
Dead Island 2 with Minimum PC specs sees you hitting 1080p 30FPS with an AMD FX-9590 or Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor, 10GB of RAM, and either an AMD Radeon RX 480 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060. Recommended PC specs for 1080p 60FPS requires a higher-end Ryzen 5 5600X or Intel Core i9-9900K processor, 16GB of RAM, and either an AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER.
Diving up into the higher-tier graphics of the High setting that's good for 1440p 60FPS, Dead Island 2 will require an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X or Intel Core i5-12600KF processor, 16GB of RAM, and either an AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070. But, if you want an all-out visual feat in HELL-A, the Ultra preset that pushes 4K 60FPS will require a much higher-end AMD Ryzen 9 7900X or Intel Core i7-13700K processor, 16GB of RAM, and either an AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 graphics card.
