Remnant: From the Ashes was released a while ago now, back in August 2019, but Remnant 2 is nearly here, and with it comes some rather soft PC system requirements. Want to run the game? What about maxed out? We've got a Ready to Ship Gaming PCs waiting for you.
Gunfire Games is the developer behind Remnant 2, where they've said that AI-powered upscalers are pretty much required if you want smooth frame rates. The developer recently said on Reddit that they "designed the game with upscaling in mind" -- including NVIDIA DLSS, AMD FSR, and Intel XeSS -- which Gunfire Games says will offer the "smoothest gameplay" from Remnant 2.
However, if you need a new Gaming PC for Remnant 2, we've got some recommendations for you:
4K 60FPS+ in Remnant 2 is going to require not only NVIDIA's expensive flagship GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card, but you'll need to have DLSS enabled to even reach that. On top of that, there are no ray tracing effects in Remnant 2, so it's not like the game is a graphics delight for 4K 60FPS, but AI upscaling is something you're going to make sure you enable.
Remnant 2 is out now on the PC.
