Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is one of the best-looking games of this generation, but on the PC it was only working on NVIDIA GeForce RTX series graphics cards when gamers had ray tracing enabled. But now, AMD Radeon RX series graphics card owners can enjoy ray tracing now that developer Insomniac Games has released a new update for the game, that fixes the issues disabling the use of ray tracing in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart on their Gaming PC.
A freshly-updated installation of the game mixed with the new AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 23.10.23.03 driver allows Radeon RX series GPU owners to enable ray tracing in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, as well as visual improvements to some ray-traced reflections and ray-traced shadows.
The new update to the game also resolves crashes for gamers on "legacy CPUs" as well as fixes corrupt text that appears on waypoints on "rare" cases. There are a few more bugs fixed with the new v1.808.0.0 update to Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, but the big news here is Radeon RX series GPU owners can now play the game with ray tracing enabled. Yay!
